Are you sick and tired of trying different diets, gaining and losing the same weight over and over, and frustrated with your lack of progress? Are you 100% READY to learn and develop habits that will change your body and life for good? If so, this is FOR YOU.

I help men and women of all ages transform their lives with personalized 1:1 guidance, structure, and support with a diet (and fitness) program to achieve fat loss and body composition goals WITHOUT extreme measures or sacrifices.

What Does Online Coaching Entail?

A completely customized 3-month nutrition program with weekly meal plans based on your food preferences, dietary needs, and habits. I will tell you exactly what to eat and how much of it so there is no guesswork.

1:1 weekly/bi-weekly video check-in process to ensure we can make ongoing adjustments as needed, we're constantly making progress towards your goal, you’re staying motivated, and have the support you need.

Ongoing text access when questions arise about workouts, your nutrition plan, eating out, etc., or sharing successes!

A customized training program designed around your body, goals, and schedule and can be based on at-home or gym workouts.

Training on how to weigh your food using a food scale.

There is no need to track food in an app since I will provide your weekly meal plan, but My Fitness Pal training will be provided if there is a desire to use it.

Why Choose Andrea as Your Coach?

I am a certified nutrition and fitness coach and believe a coach/client relationship needs to be strong and built on trust and communication for you to succeed fully. Your goals become my goals. That’s why I only take a limited number of clients and choose to work with those who are 100% ready and committed to improving their lives.

My main focus is to provide diet and training programs, educate my clients on nutrition and exercise, and help them mentally through the struggles of habit change and motivation. This way, they learn how their bodies and metabolisms work optimally, create lifelong, sustainable habits, and achieve the body they’ve always wanted or want to get back to (without extreme measures).

At 43 years old, I understand the nuances and changes our bodies endure as we age. I’ve lived through all phases of dieting, from extreme calorie deficits to fad diets to hours of cardio and everywhere in between. Currently, and since the age of 40, I am a competitive bodybuilder (bikini division). Who says it’s too late to achieve your dream body goals?! 🙂 I am also 4 years vegan and understand how to optimize vegan, vegetarian, and carnivore diets to achieve weight loss and body composition goals.

Filling out the form is the first step towards your new journey. It consists of several questions so I can get to know you and understand your current state and what you want to achieve.

Schedule a video call:

Schedule a complementary 30-minute video call so we can meet face-to-face and talk about your needs, desires, and goals to ensure we are the best partners, and can create the most effective plan for your journey.

Coaching:

The coaching has now started with your week-1 diet (and fitness, if applicable) plan, and we’re on our way to achieving your goal! We’ll have weekly calls within the first month and bi-weekly calls thereafter. Communication will be key to ensure our plan is sustainable and you have the support you need.

Weekly/biweekly self-assessments will be completed to track progress and ensure you are feeling and operating at your best!

Completion:

You have now achieved your new and healthy lifestyle and have formed lifelong habits!

You can continue your coaching program on a month-to-month basis if desired. I know there is so much more we can accomplish together!
